Vienna, Austria, 15 February 2018--OPEC Secretary General, HE Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo, has congratulated HE Khalid A. Al-Falih, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, on the bestowing of the ‘International Oil Diplomacy of the Year 2017’ Award. The Secretary General said that the award was a well-deserved recognition for HE Al-Falih’s outstanding and momentous leadership as President of the OPEC Conference in 2017. The Award will be presented at the Energy Institute’s International Petroleum Week on 22 February in London.
