It assembles twice a year in preparation for the OPEC and non-OPEC ministerial meetings within the established framework of the DoC.

The technical meeting serves as a platform for OPEC and non-OPEC participants to discuss technical matters and deliberate on oil market conditions. A number of international experts were invited to share their insights on pertinent issues and developments.

HE Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo, OPEC Secretary General, recognized the unprecedented support of countries participating in the Declaration of Cooperation in these challenging times, which has elevated this esteemed collaborative platform to incredible, new heights.
