Iraq is committed to the production adjustment agreement reached in April – Acting Oil Minister

Vienna, Austria, 14 May 2020--Iraq’s Minister of Finance and Acting Oil Minister, Dr Ali Alawi, emphasised in a statement Iraq’s commitment to the voluntary production adjustment agreement reached at the 9^th and 10^th (Extraordinary) OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meetings held on 9 and 12 April respectively via videoconference.

The Minister also called upon the media to only report statements issued by Iraq’s Ministry of Oil, the sole source of information related to oil policies.
