Press Background

In an effort to provide members of the press with basic information about the Secretariat and its officials, OPEC regularly prepares a Press Background Information booklet that is made available at each Meeting of the Conference. The booklet contains information about the structure of the Organization, a brief biographical profile of the head of each Member Country’s delegation and a list of past Conference Presidents and Secretaries General.
