OPEC congratulates the OPEC Fund on its 45th Anniversary
Vienna, Austria, 28 January 2021--HE Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo, OPEC Secretary General, in a letter extended his congratulations to HE Dr Abdulhamid Alkhalifa, Director-General of the OPEC Fund for International Development, on its 45th Anniversary.
