OPEC Secretariat receives high-level Mexican delegation
01 Sep 2010 | OPEC Secretary General HE Abdalla Salem El-Badri today received a delegation from Mexico headed by the country's Minister for Foreign Affairs, HE Ambassador Patricia Espinosa. The visit comes as Mexico prepares to host the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 16/CMP 6) in Cancun from 29 November to 10 December 2010.
