Please fill out all the boxes in the form. Once submitted, your request will be sent for approval by the relevant Department at the OPEC Secretariat. Upon approval, a letter of agreement will be sent to you by OPEC.

After pressing submit, your form will automatically be sent to OPEC and processed within 1 – 4 weeks. This time frame may vary depending on the amount of requests OPEC has to process. You may follow up on your requests (stating the reference number), no sooner than 2 weeks after receipt of your request at the following e-mail address: prid@opec.org
