The Department covers General and IT Services. The responsibility for the provision of services relating to the Secretariat building, offices as well as the SG’s residence, transportation; procurement and office supplies, travel, hotel and visa arrangements; removal of personal effects; implementation of Headquarters Agreement (staff registrations, license plates, declarations and other matters related to privileges and immunities) and logistics for all meetings of the Secretariat lies with Administration.
The IT Services section is responsible for ensuring the availability and optimal performance of the computer network facilities for the entire Secretariat. Mr. Alejandro Rodriguez Rivas is in charge of the Department.
